I forgot to get a ticket number from the tech. He was very supported of walking me through steps to try to fix the issue. Unfortunately we were not able to get it fixed and he is having a tier 2 call me on Monday. More so because I can not have overtime and it is the end of the day for us where I am located. He was very knowledgeable with walking me through the software without being connected remotely.
