Still un-resolved and when I phone your number no one answers. Was chatting with Jonny in 2nd Line and need to speak with him again. Our Roll Call is not printing when the Fire Alarm test is performed. Needs urgent assistance.

John is very knowledgeable of the Paxton line and was able to work with us on a joint call with one of our largest existing customers to help solidify their interest in Paxton Access Control. Follow up on the open items will be of the essence in closing the loop on getting this integrator signed up as a Paxton partner.

Took a long time to answer the phone , then chased an order that should have been dispatched to Birmingham branch and was told it was sent to Bramley branch . Not impressed.
