I needed instructions on replacing a strike lock on a classic system and within minutes I had the correct info and the manual emailed to me. As per usual excellent service and professionalism.

Guten Tag, Christoph Tiemann hat einen guten Job gemacht. Leider ist er über seine Email-Adresse nicht zu erreichen. Wieder einmal überraschend von Paxton: Die erste App wurde wieder abgeschafft. Dann: Eine Produkktankündigung ohne Zeitangabe - und nun ist überraschend die App für Net2 da. Der erste Eindruck ist gut. Vielen Dank.

Really good to learn the background of the company, and the benefits of buying paxton products over other suppliers. Kate was very friendly and well presented. She explained through the various ranges of products, quickly and concisely, ensuring we had the information that we needed. Kate answered all questions clearly and made sure that we understood before continuing. Jonathan explained the pax locks well, he didn't seem as confident as KAte, but i assume this was because he was still relatively new to the company. Overall i came away with a lot of information about paxton prodcuts and found the session very rewarding.

Hello, If there was an excellent option above, I would have selected that. I spoke with Judith Essex this afternoon, who was so very helpfull and friendly and very easy to talk to. Judith was very knowledgeable about my queries about our system and your products. I came away from the telephone call with a greater knowledge of our system. The call was pleasure. My colleague who I am working with on our case, has also had dealings with Paxton and also told me how very helpful you have been, with her dealings. Thank you, have a lovely weekend.
