Normally 5* support but it was quite a struggle today. Stringing full structured sentences seemed to be a challenge. I was told outright that time & attendance and Roll call could not be done with one net2 controller, pro software, and two readers. Two Controllers and 4 readers would be required. Seemed a ridiculous solution for what is literally replacing a paper signing in book - No access Control. I still wasn't convinced after the 30mins~ phone calls so I set it up in our office. Set the In reader as Clock IN, and area direction Outside World to Inside. Then set the Out reader as Clock Out and as a Muster. Seems to work in testing......

We talked to three different support . Three different answers . I simple 10 minute job , took three hours . Issue is resolved , but this was the most frustrating experience I have experienced in many years
