Voxtel Smart Security Solutions LLC is a Dubai-based systems integrator specialising in surveillance, access control, and emerging AI technologies. With over a decade of experience, Voxtel provides tailored security solutions for both residential and commercial clients across the UAE.
One of Dubai’s largest community-managed residential developments, home to more than 20,000 residents, recently sought to upgrade a legacy access control system in one of their master communities. Voxtel was contracted to design and install a solution that combines scalability, ease of use, and robust security and mitigating the security challenges on ground.
Requirement
The client required a state of the art, technologically advanced, efficient, and environmentally friendly access control system to replace traditional card-based entry across more than 400 access points.

Solution
After building extensive experience of working with Paxton products over a period of four years, Voxtel selected Paxton10, combined access control and video management as the best fit for the project.
The installation included vandal resistant readers on all doors and 250+ Paxton10 controllers, creating a unified and secure system that could be easily scaled. The availability of smartphone credentials was a major factor in the decision; allowing Voxtel to upload large volumes of user data at once, making the setup process for access credentials fast and efficient for both the installers, system administrators, and faculty team.

The system was installed within three months, despite the challenges of long-distance wiring throughout the large residential site, which was meticulously planned by Voxtel’s network team to achieve the project’s objectives. The system is now live and controls access for over 20,000 users on the system. Benefits observed by the client include:
