Solo training

How Solo works, where it fits, and how to install

Solo is Paxton’s exciting new phone-based, cloud-hosted access control system. This two-hour training session will help you to understand how the system works, where it fits, and how it’s installed. Designed for installation engineers, this session prepares you for upcoming Solo installations by building understanding before the first installs take place.

What is Solo?

Solo is Paxton’s brand-new phone-based, cloud-hosted access control system. With Solo your phone is the system and the key. Use your phone to create and manage the system, then use it to open the door.

Solo gives you flexible security, simply hosted in the cloud. The mobile app-based solution is infrastructure-free with no on-site data network needed, purpose built to ensure installation is incredible simple. It’s access control reinvented.
