Description: Infinitum VMS is a cloud-based visitor management system that keeps record of all visitor information utilising the rugged handheld scanning device. Person and vehicle credentials are captured and uploaded to the cloud server immediately after being scanned with the handheld device and data is presented live on a user-friendly online dashboard, whereby administrators are able to monitor vehicles and persons entering an estate or business park.

One Time Pins are generated through a mobile application on both Apple and Android devices and can be sent through a number of different applications such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Text SMS and email. Once all data has been captured utilising the Handheld device the persons credentials are then injected into the visitor group within Paxton Net2.

This allocates a token number to the visitor within Net2 that corresponds with the One Time Pin that was issued by the host and thereafter can be utilised on Paxton keypads to gain access on doors that are configured on the visitor access group. The powerful and intuitive web dashboard allows you to configure your devices, location settings, add hosts, send messages and view live & past activity at your location as well as run reports instantly.

You can set up multiple locations under one account. Infinitum is ideal for single or multiple gates as well as multiple tenants and sites. System is mobile ready and available on both Apple and Android Platforms The system offers multi-platform access to registered users to request pin codes for their daily visitors
