These terms and conditions apply to the fixed-term offer free Paxton10 cameras by Paxton Access Ltd (“we/our/us/”).

1. Promotion period
This promotional offer is valid from the date of launch until 12 December 2025, or while promotional stock remains available, whichever occurs first.

2. Eligibility
To qualify for participation in this offer:

• The purchaser must be a business entity registered and operating in South Africa.

• The purchaser must provide valid proof of purchase to the Country Sales Manager via email at [email protected]

• A minimum purchase threshold of one Paxton10 – Server and one Paxton10 – Single-door controller (12V 2A PSU, POE or PCB variant) must be met within the promotional period.

3. Offer details

• Qualifying purchasers will receive a complimentary product from our Paxton10 camera range, subject to availability.

• The complimentary product will be allocated at our discretion and may differ from the products purchased.

• The recipient will only be able to select their complimentary product from remaining available stock.

• This promotion is subject to stock availability and once promotional stock has been depleted, no further allocations will be made, even where purchase conditions have been met.

4. Proof of purchase and claim process

• Proof of purchase must be submitted directly to the Country Sales Manager within the promotional period.

• The Company reserves the right to validate all claims and to request additional documentation if required.

• Claims with incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information may be rejected at our discretion.

5. General Conditions

• This offer is only applicable to qualifying trade and business customers; it is not open to end consumers.

• The offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, rebates, or promotional offers.

• Complimentary products are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.

• We reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice, provided such action does not unfairly disadvantage participants who have already met the eligibility criteria.

• Participation in this promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
