Why do I need it?

Straightforward to use, the Paxton Connect app contains a range of features in one smart platform and enables you and your customers to manage multiple sites remotely from a smartphone, tablet, or browser.

Features include the ability to secure the site at the touch of a button, open doors remotely from wherever you are or set doors to lock and unlock during specified time periods, add, delete and edit users, quickly establish where users are in the event of an emergency and view default Net2 reports live or from the last 365 days, wherever you have an internet connection.

How to access the online software:

Open Net2, sign in, and go to ‘Options’

Complete the registration process for Net2Online using a unique site name and a valid email address

Click on the URL at the bottom of the registration page

Connect you directly to your site via a supported web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Microsoft edge

Please note: Paxton Connect Admin uses standard SSL encryption and no data is stored in the cloud. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. Net2Online uses standard TLS encryption and no data is stored in the cloud. TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. These links ensure that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. The service relays information between the system and the device only.
