Managing your building
Our systems make it straightforward for you to manage your site from a centralised PC or at each door depending on your needs. Additionally, our systems can offer a range of benefits that go beyond just securing doors.
- Restricting access to certain machinery – additional levels of security can be implemented for heavy duty machinery so that only trained users may access them

Setting access rights
Depending on which solution you choose, access permissions can be managed from a PC or locally at each door. Either way, our solutions can help you manage your site with a range of access permissions.
- Dual authentication – doors can be set to require a token plus PIN for restricted areas to increase security
- Temporary access – provide visitors, contractors or temporary staff with a token that has a time restriction, granting them access to the site for a specific time range
- Emergency lockdown – secure a site quickly by disabling valid user access through selected doors at the touch of a button
- Wireless door handles – a great way to easily secure single or multiple doors such as rooms with specific machinery or storage cupboards
Automated security settings
Automation allows you to run your building efficiently, gaining more from your system than just a security solution by making it easier to associate an action to an individual, or a group of people.
- Auto expiration dates – indicate the dates between which the user’s access is valid. Contractors or temporary staff cards can be configured to have access between certain dates and times
- Roll call – set your system to generate an automatic roll call report when the fire alarm goes off. This helps to identify exactly who is safe once the building has been evacuated

Integrating with other systems can make your site more streamlined and secure.
- Intruder alarm – control your intruder and access systems in one user interface across different areas of your site and minimise false alarms
- Fire alarm – program your fire doors to automatically open in the event of an emergency
- CCTV – link footage to specific access events in Net2 access control software
- Lift control – utilising I/O boards the system can be configured to control users access into lifts and individual floors, helping to secure restricted areas or machinery
