A rating of Good is not suffeciant, I can only categorise the service as brilliant. Helped solve a fault condition in a minute. The system had been running fine for two years, even so it only took a minute to diagnose. Thanks

Ray Keddington put on an excellent demonstration. He knew his product inside and out and was not only able to answer all of our questions but provide real world scenarios and demonstrate Paxton solutions. The meeting was fun and fact-filled. We are very excited to join the Paxton team and look forward to working with Ray.

Extremely helpful once I had given the serial number of each device. This then allowed your guy to assess whether or not the kit we had installed was compatible. Turns out we had the wrong type of fobs, salesmen eh!!!!

It always amazes me how good Paxton are. How often can front line support resolve a query without any difficulty. It like American standard service in the UK.
