The Opportunity

We have a fantastic and challenging opportunity for someone to join our internal recruitment team based in our Brighton office. You will be responsible for the sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent for Paxton across a variety of roles, along with supporting and managing key strategic projects.

Here’s what you’ll do

  • Take full responsibility of the recruitment life-cycle for all assigned new hires from requirements definition, sourcing, selection and offer.
  • Working closely with hiring managers across our global locations and ensure you obtain a full brief on each role, coach and support them on interviewing shortlisted candidates
  • Work alongside and present new ideas to the relevant stakeholders on promoting the Paxton Brand as an employer of choice
  • Take full ownership of our Graduate Programme and manage the relationships with our university contacts.

 

Here’s what you’ll bring

  • Some experience in either in-house or agency recruitment is essential
  • Should you have experience recruiting in the engineering or manufacturing sector that would be advantageous, however training on these sectors will be provided
  • You will have the ability to identify candidates that fit Paxton’s values and culture
  • A self-motivated and determined individual with the ability to prioritise effectively.
