Solo subscriptions
Free mode allows a Solo system with a single door and single user to run without a subscription indefinitely.
For single door systems with multiple users, or for any subsequent doors, a £6 per month (RRP) per door/per month subscription applies. With Solo, it’s easy to generate ongoing revenue opportunities with your customers.
Subscriptions can only be paid using Solo Credits.
Purchasing credits from approved Paxton distributors
Paxton Solo Credits are available to purchase from all approved Paxton distributors. Each credit is charged at £1 (RRP); every Solo controlled door requires 6 credits per month to remain active. Paxton Solo – Credits (sales code 150-099) can be purchased in any quantity.
Purchasing credits as in-app purchases
Solo system engineers and token administrators can also use in-app purchases in the Paxton Solo app to acquire the relevant credits for their system. Credits are available in blocks of 10, 20, 50, 100, and subsequent iterations of 50 up to a maximum of 850. Credits are charged at £1 (+ VAT) each.
