Looking Back at Paxton’s Journey Throughout 2024
The Paxton Entry App
We launched the highly-anticipated Paxton Entry app in October. The brand-new mobile app is an addition to our video door entry solution, Entry. The Paxton Entry app allows users to answer video calls and open the door from anywhere in the world at any time.
The app involves a low-cost monthly licence fee, giving installers the opportunity to generate recurring revenue with our products for the first time. All Paxton Entry sites and app users can be simply managed on myPaxton, a new online platform offering you and your customers ultimate convenience.
Paxton Rewards
We offered 100 welcome points from May to August to new companies who signed up. Paxton Rewards is your loyalty programme that gives you a chance to earn points by buying and installing our products, attending training, or submitting case studies.
The more points you accumulate, the more benefits you will unlock. These include a listing on our Find an Installer search and partner badges to show your Paxton expertise. You can also redeem the points for Paxton products, branded merchandise, or Amazon vouchers.
Becoming Carbon Neutral
We measured our first ever carbon footprint and are now officially carbon neutral certified in the UK, France, Germany, and South Africa. This is our first step on the journey to net zero, which we plan to achieve well in advance of the 2050 limit.
We will continuously introduce initiatives to further lower our carbon emissions. One of the changes we implemented is shipping components by sea freight instead of air.
Meeting Paxton Installers
Over 200 Paxton Tech Tours
We brought back the Paxton Tech Tours for a second year in France, Germany, and South Africa. Due to continued success and high demand, we also launched the Paxton Tech Tour in the UK and US this year. Over 1,800 of you joined us! Thank you to everyone who came.
The Paxton Tech Tours are finished for now, but we continue to offer free installer training throughout the year, get ahead and book your 2025 training. If you are a group of 3 or more, our trainers can come to your premises.
Global Installer Survey
We always love to hear from Paxton installers on ways to improve our products and services. Thousands of you from around the world participated and have given us some great new insights into your businesses.
We are currently running an installer survey to understand more about you and your customers. This will give us more pointers on how to support you to grow your business.
Charity & Community Initiatives
Each year our employees vote on a charity that is local to us in Sussex to support as our Charity of the Year.
In 2024 we supported Rockinghorse Children’s Charity in the UK and Ronald McDonald House Charities in the US. In total, we raised nearly £6,700 collectively through various activities delivered by our teams.
