Use of the Paxton Rewards Partner Badges: Terms & Conditions
Important information for Paxton Rewards members who wish to use their Paxton Rewards Partner Badge to promote their membership status as part of the Paxton loyalty program(me).
These terms and conditions apply to all Paxton Rewards members who wish to use marketing materials provided by The Paxton Group (“we/our/us”).
The Paxton Group consists of Paxton Access Ltd, Paxton Inc, Paxton GmbH, Paxton FZE & Paxton Benelux B.V.

As a Paxton Rewards member utilising your Paxton Rewards Partner Badge (referred to as “Partner Badge”) to demonstrate your Paxton Rewards Partner Status (referred to as “you/your”), please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. By using your Paxton Rewards Partner Badge, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, we will not be permitted to use this resource,
- You may only use the Partner Badge if you are a valid member of the Paxton Rewards program(me).
- You are only permitted to use the Partner Badge that demonstrates your current Paxton Rewards status. Upon the anniversary of your membership start date, your partner tier status may be subject to change and you will be issued with an updated Partner Badge.
- Your Partner Badge is valid only for the year in which it is issued. You will be able to download a new version for your current tier status upon your anniversary/renewal date for each year you are part of the program(me).
- Your Partner Badge is for use on digital platforms only including, but not limited to, your website, social media and email signatures.
- You are not permitted to print any materials containing your Partner Badge.
- You may not modify or alter the Partner Badge in any way. Examples of prohibited activity includes changing the design or colo(u)r, or combining the Partner Badge with any other words or images, or altering the year shown on the badge.
- You may not use the Partner Badge in any way that implies that you are an employee or agent of the Paxton Group, or that Paxton endorses, sponsors, or is responsible for your services. You agree that you are solely responsible and liable for your services.
- You may not use the Partner Badge in a way that is deceptive, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable to us.
- You must keep sufficient space around the Partner Badge so it appears clean and uncluttered.
