Networked or Standalone, which is right for you?
The Net2 PaxLock and PaxLock Pro – Latch can both be used as part of a Net2 access control system. This means centralized management from a PC, and the benefit of a range of additional features that come with Net2 including event reporting, remote management and building lockdown.
PaxLock Pro – Latch can fitted without a network in standalone mode, ideal for smaller sites or those not requiring the additional functionality of an online system. This simpler solution just requires a PaxLock Pro – Latch and a pack of access cards or keyfobs. Unlike a networked system, a standalone system is programmed at each door.
Net2 PaxLock is available in one design, with Eclipse or Galaxy handle options and is suitable for use on networked internal doors. The Net2 PaxLock comes ready to install with a C Keyway lock or alternatively to fit with an SFIC lock.
