Had a very good meeting with Mark and Dan. The client is extremely happy and I am very satisfied with how Mark and Dan conduct business and their involvement. Will continue to push Paxton products as it is a great product with excellent support.

We had difficulties upgrading to version 6 due to unknown error stopping software loading even the site IT chap could not understand why Apparently it was to do with sql versions Once this was overcome it then turns out to activate the new version we needed a product key which then needed upgrading then activating but customers site network would not allow connection to Paxton site due to restrictions on their verified users So on leaving site last night it was not complete due to non activation of new software

Goed en heldere presentatie! Wellicht had de presentatie meer mogen worden toegespitst op onze activiteiten dwz meer geënt op buitenbeveiliging. Verder perfect en nogmaals bedankt!

Matthew MENDES est un très bon commercial, formateur et meme support technique. Il sait nous propose des solutions techniques adaptées et réalisables. Les produits Paxton répondent très bien à nos attentes et évoluent vers des solutions qui nous intéressent. Nous regrettons cependant que les lecteurs de badges produits aujourd'hui ne fonctionnent plus avec du câbles qui ne soit pas du type beldon, ce qui n'était pas le cas auparavant.
