Our solutions can be used individually or as a fully integrated system to provide landlords, building managers, and homeowners with a flexible and cost-effective solution.

Setting access rights
Depending on which solution you choose, access permissions can be managed remotely from a smart device or browser, from a PC or locally at each door. Our solutions can help you manage your site with a variety of access permissions.
- Temporary access – provide visitors or trades people with a token that has a time restriction to only allow them access for when they need it
- License free smart credentials – allow users and visitors to gain access using their smartphone or smartwatch, utilizing secure Bluetooth technology (Paxton10 only)
- Door/building grouping – split a building into specific public and private areas, for example visitors or guests can be set to only access the entrance lobby
- Parking lots – can be easily secured using long range readers and hands-free tokens so only residents have access, without needing to get out of their vehicle (Net2 only)
- Wireless locksets – a great way to secure single or multiple doors such as the building manager’s office or access to the residents’ parking lot
Integrating the system
Integrating with other systems can make your building more streamlined and secure.
- Intruder alarm – control your intruder and access systems as one system across different areas of your site and minimize false alarms
- Fire alarm – program your fire doors to automatically open in the event of an emergency to help residents access the building efficiently
- CCTV – link footage to specific access events in our software
- Elevator integration – ensure only residents and visitors can access elevators and the appropriate floor of the building (Net2 only)
