Paxton 5-year warranty and simple returns policy
We offer a five-year warranty on all our products. If a problem arises, follow these three simple steps and we will get your return sorted:
- Call into Customer Support on (877) 438-7298, if a problem arises on site. We will then troubleshoot the issue.
- If the issue cannot be solved, you will be supplied with a returns number.
- Return the product to your distributor for an exchange within 30 days
