Paxton is Carbon Neutral

This is our second year measuring and reporting on our carbon footprint, continuing our journey to net zero in the UK, France, Germany and South Africa.

Our company goal is for Paxton to be thriving in 100 years’ time, for that to happen, the world needs to be thriving as well.

Becoming carbon neutral

We recorded approximately 2,541 tCO₂e produced in 2022 and 1,580 tCO₂e in 2023, a reduction of 960 tonnes of CO₂. The emissions reduction is equivalent to the annual electricity use of 650,000 homes, or the carbon stored by 50,000 trees ngrowing for a year.

Since 2023 we have been working with Carbon Footprint Ltd, taking steps on a clear and focussed reduction plan and offset emissions by investing in environmental projects that actively prevent carbon from reaching the atmosphere.
