Reducing carbon emissions
Since establishing our 2022 baseline, we’ve reduced our market-based carbon emissions by 41%, including a further 4.4% reduction during 2024, through practical improvements across our business.
We work with Carbon Footprint Ltd to measure and manage our emissions. Where emissions cannot yet be eliminated, we support independently verified carbon reduction projects as part of our wider carbon management approach.
Our long-term target is a 94.1% reduction in absolute market-based emissions by 2041, achieved through continued practical improvements across our operations.

Our approach
We aim for a world-class approach in all that we do, and to us that means always striving for continuous improvement.
Supporting this commitment is our dedicated Paxton Green Team. They are trained in carbon literacy and work across the business to identify opportunities to reduce Paxton’s environmental impact and support our long-term sustainability and carbon reduction goals.
Driving continuous improvement
- As we continue to grow, we’re committed to reducing the environmental impact of our operations.
- In our 2024 installer survey, 77% of respondents agreed that Paxton is doing enough to protect the environment.
- We’re committed to building on that progress by continuing to make practical, measurable reductions across our business.
“Looking ahead we remain focused on reducing our carbon footprint while maintaining the quality, reliability, and service our customers and partners expect.”
